Skyrim conjure atronach recipes11/15/2023 Similarly, Destruction: no perk, no gain. Every other enemy besides dragons who are immune falls under the spell of my illusions: draugr deathlords, any kind of bandits, dwemer automatons, named bosses, you name it, I can make it do what I want. With every perk, the only enemy too powerful to be affected I've met so far is the random Master Vampire added by Dawnguard. I'll take Illusion for an exemple in magic, because it's the one I know best: without any perk in it, you can affect enemies up to level 20 or 25 max, with Master spells. Like every skill, Conjuration is useless if you don't put any perk in it. So is it the thrall summoning that makes this skill appealing to people? I don't get it, really. Knowing this, I would have to wonder why anyone would bother with conjuration? Or at least with atronachs? They may be strong around level 20-30, but beyond that they would be a useless waste of magicka. Granted, I didn't have the perk that made atronachs more powerful (whatever that means, the perk description is vague), but somehow I doubt it would have mattered. The storm atronach died in one hit, so I summoned another who also died in one hit. I encountered a bandit marauder with a bow, and summoned a storm atronach to fight him. With that said, I would have to wonder why bother with Conjuration? I recall in my last playthrough (about as far as I got, I have 100 in all magic skills, and was around level 65ish). I'm not even going to go into magic-using enemies at high levels, because I've seen them kill an ancient dragon. Only took two arrows to kill me at 300 health. If you have maximum armor rating, you'll still feel that, though it won't be as much as say 200ish armor rating (which is what I had at the time of my last encounter with one). For some reason, they can do 250+ damage with an iron arrow and a hunter's bow. There is something to be said about Skyrim's enemy encounters at very high levels.
